Walking meditation is a great way to practice mindfulness, because you can incorporate it into your morning walk while collecting steps, or walking to the metro. What can help in that situation is to slowly start releasing the tension generated by your anxious thoughts. It can happen through finding new positive thoughts and imagery through a spiritual practice or by finding new feelings through movement. Try not to close off and stay alone, but talk to someone about what you’re feeling. It’s one of my all time favorite gf recipes. It’s moist, fulfilling, and has just a nice touch of sweetness.
